Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

We absolutely understand that there are cases of emergency and in those unfortunate circumstances we will absolutely have your back. However, we kindly ask that should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us here at Glo & Lash that you please do so at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment.


When scheduling, you will be asked to put a card on file to reserve your desired time slot and we promise we will always send you plenty of reminders to confirm your upcoming appointment.


Cancelling or rescheduling within the 24 hours will result in a fee of 100% of the service scheduled.

Late Policy

Here at Glo & Lash Denver, we completely understand that all of our guests have a busy schedule and sometimes you lose track of time, or the traffic in Denver is slow we understand! But We do ask that you plan ample enough time for travel and parking to ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled service to ensure you get your full time for your services.


If you are running late, please give us a ring or send  a text to let us know you are running behind. If you are going to be beyond 15 minutes late, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment for a time where the quality and expectations of your service won't be compromised due to lost time. Being more than 15 minutes late will also result in a service charge of 100% of the service or services scheduled.
